2. Send material: You send us a small lock of hair or some fur from your beloved pet in an envelope. (Note for horse owners: Mane hair or fine fur are best suited; tail hair is unfortunately too stiff for this bead.)
3. Receive your unique item: We process your material with the utmost care and send your finished keepsake lovingly packaged to your home.
